Hi appreicate advice on after : i do want to divorce but HB don’t want and don’t envision he’ll sign divorce action. Therefore I need certainly to wait 4 decades for divorce then send for separation and divorce right? He will not move out in addition, therefore I have always been considering living separate lives in same roofing system. Imagine if by-end of 4 age, he denies we decided not to separate?

He’ll not need to signal. I’ve asked him to take action several times but he declined. He also will not like to re-locate I then cannot push cos’ kid however training in close by college. Therefore I think he’ll additionally make points difficult for myself and reject no separation even when I hold off 4 decades.
