Great hardware, horrible program
Does not work properly on some of the devices really. Type of work with cellular, but can’t install data files. Barely become real time see working. And that I indicate horrible. Tech Support is non-existant and idiots as well. I really wish I experienced look at the critiques initial!

Completely agree’d. I purchased a product, they performed a firmware upgrade and screwed-up my personal device. After hours on hold in accordance with people that don’t speak English very well, they will have delivered me personally 2 a lot more defective products as a substitute. The past any included a screw running around involved! They’ll absolutely not refund any cash. They simply want you to continue giving faulty units right back and soon you 
bring fed up with their own video game.
My personal cameras have-been out for 5 time now. Night-owl states repeatedly it is their program but I just aren’t getting it. In addition has a Lorex system at work with Flircloud and contains never ever come down. Yes, cost a little more, maybe not a whole lot but now, totally worthwhile.
